Location: Pasadena, TX Job Type: Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt) Position Summary Haygor Instrument & Company is seeking a dependable Welder Helper to support our welding team by preparing materials, assembling components, and assisting with production processes. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and is eager to learn and grow within the welding trade. Key Responsibilities • Measure and cut capillary lines. • Stamp diaphragms, etch, wash, and assemble parts. • Assist lead welders with production and fabrication tasks. • Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards before moving to the next operation. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. • Follow all safety procedures and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. • Good communication and basic computer skills. • Dependable attendance and willingness to learn.
