Bachman’s Eden Prairie store is looking for a Hardgoods Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers outstanding customer service, and inspires teams to perform at their best. In this role, you’ll combine strong communication, merchandising creativity, and hands-on leadership to build an engaging shopping experience while coaching, scheduling, and motivating staff to succeed. Job Duties: • Assist in managing within assigned store operations, and directly supervise the retail operations as assigned by the Assistant Store Manager. • Train and model exceptional customer service. • Merchandising, ordering, stocking, displaying, inventory control of product. • Provide daily supervision and work directly through a participative management style by encouraging a teamwork environment that meets customer expectations. • Perform required administrative functions on a timely basis: schedules, reviews, and timecards • Manage product quality and communicating needs to appropriate buyers. • Provide feedback to support departments. • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the store. • Manage the entire stores operation in absence of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
