Hello from Kids First, We’re expanding our team and looking for Behavior Technicians (BTs & RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy across Buffalo area. What You’ll Do • Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy • Work with a BCBA to support skill development • Track progress and create a safe, positive environment Compensation • Competitive hourly pay $$$ based on experience, location, availability, and languages spoken.
