Creative Marketing Specialist Location: Remote (India) Company: Pop.store Department: Marketing What You'll Do • Turn creative briefs into finished ad content for social and other paid/organic channels, using AI-assisted tools (image, video, copy generation) to move fast • Produce short-form video ads and other creative assets for social campaigns (training provided on our specific video tools and workflows) • Partner with the broader marketing/creative team to concept, storyboard, and execute campaign creative from brief through delivery • Stay current on AI content tools and bring new techniques back to the team to improve speed and quality • Support other content marketing needs as they come up, including social copy and light editing across formats • Bring a strong understanding of what makes social videos perform. Hooks, pacing, formats, trends, retention, and platform-native storytelling What We're Looking For • ~3 years of experience in content marketing, creative production, or a related marketing role • Hands-on, current experience using AI tools for content creation (AI image/video generation, AI copywriting or editing tools) — this is a must-have, not a nice-to-have • Demonstrated ability to take a creative brief and execute against it independently • A strong eye for what performs on social and paid channels • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, iterative environment and picking up new tools quickly No prior video production or editing experience required. We'll train the right person on our specific video tools and workflows. Nice to Have • Prior exposure to video editing or motion graphics tools (e.g., Kling.ai Premiere, CapCut, After Effects) • Experience creating content specifically for social/paid ad formats (Reels, TikTok, Stories) • Familiarity with e-commerce, creator economy, or DTC brand marketing About Pop.Store Pop.Store is CommentSold's brand for creator commerce, part of a company building agentic AI tools for the space.
