Tired of dog-eat-dog sales floors, tricks, and manufactured urgency? Ready for work that is more than a job, and more like a calling? Join an organization built on Catholic values, where you're seen as a missionary disciple — someone placed at the threshold where human grief meets divine mercy. • Guide families, don't just sell to them. Through consultative, relationship-driven conversations, you'll walk families through the Order of Christian Funerals and their options — accompaniment first, arrangement second. • Own your success. Work autonomously and build your own path forward, backed by a team that forms and sustains you along the way. • No two days the same, because no two family experiences are the same. From arrangement meetings to committals to parish outreach, you'll be present across the full arc of a family's journey, in a dynamic, fast-paced role.
