You will foster a culture of rapid experimentation around our products and our broader clinical marketplace. • Experimentation and Optimization: Implement a robust A/B testing framework across the customer journey to optimize conversion rates for users seeking our products and medical-grade solutions. • Deep Dive into Analytics: Own growth dashboards and reporting to provide critical insights into the performance of our overall skin and haircare categories like serums, lip balms, and sunscreens. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure growth initiatives for our hair supplements and telehealth services are deeply integrated across the platform. • Market and Consumer Insights: Maintain a deep understanding of the Indian consumer landscape to evolve strategies for our expanding range of dermatologist-recommended essentials. • Budget and Resource Management: Strategically allocate growth budgets to maximize ROI across our clinical and wellness product portfolios.
