WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: The Technical Part: • Associate Degree with two (2) years of experience in industrial mechanics within the regulated industry. • Bilingual (English & Spanish). • Project Management skills. • Shift: Administrative shift, according to business needs. • Experience in: • SAP knowledge • Vision System basic knowledge • PLC basic knowledge • Interpretation of electrical and mechanical schematics • Troubleshooting knowledge on electronic and mechanical components, equipment, or systems. AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) • The Manufacturing Technician is integral to the production process, responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment to uphold the highest quality standards. • This role involves monitoring production activities, troubleshooting issues, and supporting process improvements. With a focus on detail and safety, the Manufacturing Technician helps maintain the smooth and efficient functioning of the manufacturing operations. • Devises, fabricates, installs, tests, and repairs mechanical equipment and systems involving the movement of physical components in the manufacturing area. • Assisting engineers with developing technical solutions related to the operation and performance of devices and systems. • Installs, repairs, and upgrades components of mechanical devices and systems in the manufacturing area. • Devises, fabricates, and assembles new or modified mechanical components for machinery and equipment. • Conducts quality assurance/control tests and procedures.
