What You'll Bring • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree is a plus) • Background in customer service and some mechanical or electrical experience • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technical work • Good communication, basic math skills, and comfort using Microsoft Office • Ability to work independently, manage your time, and travel (including some overnights) • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Equivalent combinations of education, training, or hands-on experience are welcome.
