What You’ll Be Doing • Meet with members through scheduled phone and virtual appointments • Learn about each family’s situation and understand what they’re looking for • Walk members through available benefit and coverage options • Answer questions and make information easy to understand • Assist with applications, documentation, and next steps • Maintain communication with members after their initial appointment • Develop lasting relationships through dependable service and follow-up • Attend virtual training, coaching, and professional development sessions • Collaborate with a team focused on continuous improvement and growth What Makes Someone Successful We’re looking for individuals who are dependable, comfortable communicating with others, and motivated to develop professionally. • Strong verbal communication and listening abilities • Comfortable working with computers, email, video meetings, and online systems • Organized and capable of managing responsibilities independently • Consistent work habits and good time-management skills • Professional and approachable when interacting with members • Motivated to learn new skills and improve through coaching • Able to meet applicable background screening requirements Previous experience is not required.
