No previous industry experience is required. We provide structured training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you learn the role and develop professionally. What You’ll Do • Meet with clients virtually to understand their needs • Explain available benefits, coverage options, and costs • Answer questions and provide clear, professional guidance • Maintain communication and follow up with clients • Build and maintain positive client relationships • Participate in virtual training and team meetings • Stay organized and manage appointments effectively • Work collaboratively with team members and leadership What We’re Looking For • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Professional and dependable • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Strong organization and time-management skills • Comfortable communicating with clients virtually • Basic computer and technology skills Previous experience in customer service, sales, insurance, hospitality, retail, or a related field is an asset but not required.
