Schedule: • Friday: 11:00 PM–9:00 AM • Saturday: 9:00 PM–9:00 AM • Sunday: 9:00 PM–9:00 AM Valid driver's license required. Must be willing to drive company vehicles. Pay • $21.60/hour base rate • $24.60/hour for employees listed as a DD-Aide on the HCWR About the Position Rimland is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional DSPs to support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. Responsibilities include: • Assisting with daily living activities • Meal preparation • Supporting independence and social skills • Providing companionship • Community outings and activities • Supporting individual goals No prior DSP experience required. Paid training is provided.
