Employees must be willing to drive company vehicles. Proof of a valid driver's license is required at the time of interview. About the Position Rimland is seeking dependable, professional, energetic, and compassionate DSPs to support adults with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include: • Assisting with daily living activities • Meal preparation • Art projects and recreational activities • Supporting social skills and independence • Providing companionship • Supporting individual goals No prior DSP experience required. Paid training is provided.
