You May Be A Great Fit If You: • Believe people matter • Are a great listener and communicator • Are curious but never judgmental • Are very organized and can multitask • A problem solver • Love to manage a caring team • Have an entrepreneurial spirit • Live in Southern Delaware • Have experience selling on eBay, attending estate sales or an avid thrifter Job description (including, but not limited to): • Manage our cleanout, auction and move teams, including developing project plans, staff scheduling, logistics, and supplies management • Client management through the move, cleanout and auction process • Provide quality control and training of team members • Sort, organize and pack household goods to be moved or sold • Safely pack and unpack goods • Manager lotting of item(s) to be sold via online auction • Delivery to thrift stores and disposal of unwanted items • Provide a stress-free experience for our senior clients • And more, no 2 days are alike! • Start hourly transferring to salary with quarterly bonuses based on company performance Job Requirements (including, but not limited to): • Minimum 5 years management experience • Must be well organized and effectively communicate directions to team members and clients • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable source of transportation • Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time • Must be able to properly lift up to 30 pounds • Must have computer skills • Auction, online selling experience is highly preferred • Must live in Southern Delaware - no exceptions Apply today to join our team of caring relocation experts!
