POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant provides routine primary care and low-acuity urgent care services, including but not limited to: - primary care exams - chronic condition management - sick visits - minor injury care - laceration repair - incision and drainage - sports physicals - employment physicals - vaccinations Providers see an average of 15 to 20 patients per day and are supported by a medical assistant who helps with all visits, including charting and documentation. The clinic uses CarbyOS, an AI-powered EMR designed to reduce administrative burden. Approximately 95% of patients are Spanish-speaking and the new provider must be fluent in Spanish.
