Appproximately 95% of their patients are Spanish-speaking and their mission is to deliver the most affordable, high quality healthcare possible to the local Hispanic community. POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (APP) provides routine, low-acuity primary care and urgent care services, including but not limited to: - primary care exams - chronic condition management - sick visits - minor injury care - laceration repair - incision and drainage - ingrown toenail removal - routine outpatient procedures - annual physicals - employment physicals - vaccinations The APP sees an average of 15 to 20 patients per day and is supported by a medical assistant who helps with all visits, including charting and documentation. The clinic uses CarbyOS, an AI-powered EMR designed to reduce administrative burden. Approximately 95% of patients are Spanish-speaking and the new APP must be fluent in Spanish.
