Full-Time Retail Sales Associate (Customer Service & Sales) – Lubbock, TX Red Raider Outfitter Pay: $13.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience) Full-Time | 35–45 hours per week Overview Red Raider Outfitter is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Lubbock, TX. We’re looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a fast-paced retail team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in an energetic environment, and wants to build real experience in customer service, retail sales, and team operations.
