Within 60 days • Store Managers are executing better. • Standards are more consistent. • Labor, waste, inventory, and customer experience are improving. • The market feels more organized and less reactive. Within 90 days • The cafes in your market are operating with clear routines, stronger managers, better numbers, and fewer escalations. • New openings are smoother. • Leadership trusts you to own the market without constant supervision.
