Who’s the Right Fit? • Obsessed with sales and early-stage growth – Sales is about solving problems, not just automating generic templates • A strong writer – You craft high-converting outreach that leads to meaningful meetings. (B2/C1 English required.) • Detail-oriented and results-driven – You track everything, refine every process, and know that momentum wins deals. • Hungry to learn and work hard – This isn’t a 9–5 role. You want growth, challenges, and the chance to build something big. We have fun, but we work really hard. • Tech-savvy and automation-focused – You’re familiar with Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and you’re passionate about AI-driven prospecting. • Fluent in sales metrics – You understand ICP, SQL, MQL, and open and reply rates. If these terms don’t mean anything to you, this isn’t the right fit. • Work with our GTM AI team to scale multi-channel outreach campaigns. • Identify ICPs and buyer personas, and iterate on the ICP until we find product–market fit (PMF).
