What you will do This role sits at the intersection of growth and execution. That means the scope will shift as the company evolves, but it will likely include: • Launching and refining GTM motions • Strengthening operational systems so the team moves faster • Designing and running experiments tied to clear outcomes • Identifying bottlenecks and fixing them • Turning ambiguous problems into structured plans Who are we looking for • Thrive in ambiguity and instinctively bring structure to messy problems • Prefer owning outcomes over waiting for perfectly defined tasks • Move fluidly between strategy and execution • Use AI and modern tools as leverage, not novelties • Operate faster than average because you automate, ship, and iterate • Care about impact more than titles or perfectly defined swim lanes • Want a steep growth curve and meaningful responsibility • Ultimately aspire to build, lead, or start something significant The base salary range for this role is $100,000-$140,000. Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and scope of the role. In exceptional cases, offers may fall outside this range.
