We are looking for a motivated and professional Service BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our team and help drive service appointments, customer retention, and overall satisfaction. Position Summary: The Service BDC Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications with service customers. This role plays a critical part in scheduling service appointments, following up with customers, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from first contact to completed visit.
