Why Superintendents Choose Novak • Strong support from experienced PMs and leadership • Well-resourced jobs with tools and planning set up for success • Consistent pipeline of work • Structured travel (home every other weekend) • Ownership of projects • Safety-first culture Key Responsibilities • Lead all on-site construction activities • Manage large crews (100+ personnel) and subcontractors • Create and maintain project schedules • Ensure OSHA safety compliance and jobsite standards • Monitor quality, progress, and budgets • Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders • Conduct site inspections and resolve issues Qualifications • 10+ years of construction supervision experience • 5+ years managing large commercial/industrial projects • Experience with big-box retail projects • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Willingness to travel nationally • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Experience with ProCore, Bluebeam, AutoDesk, or similar software • ​​OSHA 30+ certification strongly preferred Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, with compensation determined by experience, skills, qualifications, project assignment, geographic location, market conditions, internal equity, and business needs.
