What You'll Do: • Provide on-site staffing support to Assisted Living communities across MN, WI, and IA • Deliver staff training to ensure clinical excellence and consistency • Conduct clinical quality assurance and auditing of care practices • Monitor and ensure the provision of high-quality clinical care and services • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and clinical best practices • Support and train nursing care teams to enhance resident care outcomes • Travel regularly to multiple Vista Prairie Communities locations in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa • Play a vital role in improving the well-being of both residents and staff across communities What You'll Need: • Registered Nurse with current licensure, and a willingness to become licensed in the states of MN, WI, and IA. • 5+ years of demonstrated competencies in health care management and operations, quality management, and staff development. • Experience with LTC compliance with regulations and federal and state survey licensure surveys Benefits Available To You: Full-time Employee Benefits: • Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay • Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance • Flexible Spending Account • Life Insurance • Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability • 401K • Employee Referral Program • Employee and Educational Assistance Programs To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
