ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, DIGITAL CLIENT MANAGEMENT & NEW BUSINESS Responsible for leading, fostering, managing and growing key client relationships that are a critical component of our business. • Identify and drive new business initiatives in order to meet/exceed targets and goals for the Digital & Social department. • Bring in a book of business with established and existing relationships with entertainment studios, streamers, or major brands • Act as an advocate for your clients and as the voice for their projects at Concept. In doing so you: • Thoroughly understand clients’ positioning, the competitive landscape, and identify needs and challenges in order to deliver the most creative and effective work. • Write thorough project briefs and co-lead internal meetings with the Creative Director. • Evaluate and help refine creative based on your clients’ brand and strategy. • Proactively communicate with the client, creative, management, and production teams keeping projects on schedule and budget. • Work directly with the Creative Director to ensure the creative work is on-strategy and on-brand for the client & project. • Prepare proposals and scope of work for approval, including budgets and timelines, and negotiate at top level with clients as needed. • Position Concept Arts as a long-term social partner who helps brands build relevance, consistency, and growth, beyond day to day social platform posting, push for AOR and multi-phase engagements LEADERSHIP As a leader at Concept, you maintain a high bar for yourself and your team when it comes to: initiative, communication, time management, attention to detail, organization and client focus. • Work closely with the rest of the senior account team to oversee and develop the collective team as a highly functioning department.
