Production Associates may work in a variety of roles, including Forklift Operator, Machine Operator, Material Handler, Palletizer, and Stuffer. Successful candidates are safety-minded, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (as assigned) • Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility • Stack, palletize, and prepare products for shipment • Monitor production processes and product quality • Follow work instructions and production schedules • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures • Assist with general production duties as needed Qualifications and Skills • Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred • Forklift experience preferred • Strong attention to detail • Tech-savvy and comfortable using computerized equipment and production systems • Basic computer skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong work ethic and reliability • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Commitment to workplace safety 2nd and 3rd Shift Opportunities Available Hablamos Español Apply today and become part of a growing manufacturing team!
