We’ve eliminated the back-and-forth, the re-keying, and the wait times that have defined traditional wholesale brokerage for decades. SUPPORT THE SALES ECOSYSTEM • Qualify new agency relationships and gather key information to set Regional Sales Managers up for deeper partnership conversations. • Serve as a knowledgeable, energetic first point of contact informed and genuinely excited about what the platform delivers. • Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent follow-through. REPRESENT THE PLATFORM • Be a confident, credible voice for Semsee in the market someone agents want to hear from. • Relay agent feedback and market insights to sales leadership to help shape strategy and product direction. • Participate in industry events, carrier meetings, and platform demos as the team grows. STAY SHARP AND ORGANIZED • Keep CRM activity, leads, and opportunities consistently logged and up to date. • Follow up persistently and professionally to keep relationships warm and opportunities moving. • Stay current on industry trends, market appetite, and platform updates so you can speak to agents with authority. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED • 6 months to 1+ year of experience in a relationship-based sales, business development, or customer-facing role. • A natural communicator, clear, confident, and genuine whether you’re on the phone, on a video call, or in a room. • Self-motivated with a drive to hit goals and grow beyond them. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-through. • Active state insurance producer license, or the ability and commitment to obtain one within a defined timeframe after hire. PREFERRED • Experience in insurance, financial services, or a B2B sales environment. • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and comfort in a tech-forward environment. • Curiosity about how AI and technology are changing traditional industries. • An entrepreneurial mindset someone who sees this role as a beginning, not just a job.
