We pride ourselves on team work and delivering quality products and services. * We are looking for a Medical Office Coordinator to work in our West County Medical Office. Training will be done at the office in Creve Coeur. Job duties include: Scheduling appointments, rooming patients, answering phone calls, registering patients, and getting insurance authorizations. - Strong interpersonal, oral (including telephone) and written communication skills. - Have general knowledge of medical reimbursement, medical terminology and general office skills. Proficient computer skills including Windows based office technologies (ex. Word, Excel) and e-mail. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Pay range is from $18.00 to $20.00 an hour, depending on medical office experience.
