Responsibilities • Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes. • Ensure food quality and presentation meet the resort's standards. • Maintain a clean and organized work station. • Comply with health and safety guidelines. • Assist with food storage and kitchen organization. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality. • Strong communication skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. • Familiarity with property or outlet-specific needs (e.g., Boonfly, FARM, Hilltop). • Team player mentality and a commitment to maintaining the resort’s high standards.
