We have an immediate full-time opening with a great weekday schedule: Wed, Thurs, Sat and Sun This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who wants a consistent daytime schedule while providing personalized care to one patient at a time in a home setting. Why Nurses Love Private Duty Nursing • Focus on one patient at a time • Build a meaningful relationship with your patient and family • Daytime hours • Less rushing between multiple patients • Support from an experienced clinical team • Make a meaningful difference every shift Essential Responsibilities • Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home • Perform patient assessments and follow the individualized plan of care • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed • Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition • Communicate effectively with the family and clinical team • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation • Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the patient Qualifications • Active Arizona RN or LPN License (or Compact License) • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation • Current BLS Certification (in-person required) • Current TB Test (we can provide) or Chest X-ray within the past 12 months • Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card • Article 9 Training (assistance available) • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused New Graduates Welcome!
