School-Year Choral Expectations • The principal must be notified and approve the selection of the performance material, as well as the proposed timeline, location, costumes, and any fundraising activities. • Choral teachers are eligible to receive a stipend for meeting the expectation of one annual production. • This position will be listed on the school-level supplemental FTE sheet. • All practices must be completed by 8:30 p.m. and no children present on school property after that time. Principals must be notified of all practice dates and times, with a full practice schedule submitted at the start of the practice season. • At least 2 approved adults need to be present at all school practices. • Any consistent parent volunteer to the program must complete a volunteer agreement and have it on file before participating.
