Marquis Home Care is currently seeking certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide quality care to clients in their homes. Compensation • PCA: $18.65 per hour • HHA: $20.50 per hour Schedule • Full-Time and Part-Time positions available • Flexible scheduling options Responsibilities • Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance • Provide support with household tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry • Ensure client safety and proper use of equipment, including wheelchairs, oxygen equipment, side rails, and other assistive devices • Accurately document services provided in accordance with agency policies and procedures • Report changes in client condition, incidents, or concerns to the RN Supervisor promptly • Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families • Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of client information and records • Adhere to agency dress code, personal hygiene standards, and professional conduct expectations • Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and commitment to quality care • Participate in supervisory and care team processes as required by New York State regulations • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervising nurse Qualifications • PCA or HHA certification • Must have reliable transportation • Compassionate, professional, and dependable • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently while following a care plan Start a meaningful career where you can make a difference every day.
