We are excited to expand Spring Step Shoes to West Palm Beach and are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our retail location. Position Overview The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role helps manage staff, merchandising, and store execution while maintaining Spring Step brand standards.
