Position Overview As the Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong sales performance, and operational excellence. You will help lead and develop the team, support business objectives, and ensure the store reflects Spring Step's values and standards at all times. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume responsibility for the overall operation of the store. Key Responsibilities Drive Sales Performance • Support the achievement and execution of store sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Lead by example through exceptional selling behaviors and customer engagement. • Promote product knowledge and maximize sales opportunities through effective merchandising and customer service. Lead and Develop the Team • Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new team members. • Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing development to associates. • Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment. • Help build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
