Working hours: 11 p.m.- 7 a.m. 1.Responsible for checking in and checking out guests, receiving payments, handling guest complaints, and serving as an information agent for guests. 2. Responsible for making reservations and ensuring all booking, rate, and cancellation policies are accurately quoted to guest. 3. Audits all accounts to ensure they are in balance. This includes: city ledger, deposits, credit card accounts, and room charges. 4. Posts room, tax revenues, and no shows. Prepares final report of all accounts. 5. Other duties assigned by Front Desk Manager as business and demand dictates
