What You’ll Do: • Welcome and assist customers in renting storage units, parking spaces, and purchasing merchandise. • Convert phone and walk-in inquiries into successful rentals with confidence and professionalism. • Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility including unit inspections, cleanliness, and basic maintenance. • Manage customer accounts, collect rent, enforce policies, and handle delinquent units (including auctions when needed). • Coordinate with contractors and vendors, inspect completed work, and maintain service standards. • Foster strong community connections and promote Storage King USA locally. • Lead and support on-site staff, creating a positive, efficient work environment. What You Bring: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Organizational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities. • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and general web-based tools). • A passion for providing exceptional customer service. • Previous retail, sales, hospitality, or property management experience is a plus – but we’re open to diverse backgrounds!
