Qualifications • Previous caregiving, personal support, or related experience is preferred. • Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, respectful approach to care. • Ability to remain calm, patient, and attentive in a variety of situations. • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions and care instructions. • Basic understanding of safety, hygiene, and confidentiality practices. • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving, as needed.
