RestoreCore is hiring an experienced Water Damage Restoration Technician to provide water damage mitigation and restoration services for residential and commercial properties. This hands-on role includes emergency response, water extraction, structural drying, demolition, moisture monitoring, equipment setup, and customer communication. What You’ll Do • Respond to water damage and emergency restoration projects • Perform water extraction, structural drying, dehumidification, and cleanup • Set up, monitor, and remove air movers, dehumidifiers, and drying equipment • Take moisture readings and document drying progress • Remove damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, and other materials • Apply antimicrobial treatments when needed • Document work with photos, notes, moisture logs, and equipment records • Communicate professionally with customers and project managers • Clean and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools • Follow company, OSHA, and jobsite safety requirements • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies What We’re Looking For • One or more years of water mitigation, restoration, construction, or related hands-on experience preferred • Knowledge of water extraction, structural drying, demolition, and moisture detection • IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification is a plus • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills • Availability for on-call, evening, weekend, and emergency response work Why Join RestoreCore? • Join a stable, family-owned disaster restoration company • Work on a variety of residential and commercial restoration projects • Build your skills and advance within the restoration industry • Receive structured onboarding and support from an experienced team • Make a direct impact by helping customers recover from property damage This position involves indoor and outdoor work in varying conditions.
