What You’ll Actually Do • Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks to spec • Maintain clean, organized bar setup • Manage bar guests with energy and hospitality • Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen • Monitor guest intoxication levels responsibly • Keep accurate tabs and handle payments smoothly • Restock and prep bar for service • Maintain spirits, beer, and wine knowledge • Complete assigned side work at end of shift What Makes This Job Different We do team hustle.
