What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications • Manufacturing experience preferred, particularly in pharmaceutical, food, beverage, chemical, cosmetic, nutraceutical, or other regulated environments. • Ability to read, understand, and accurately execute detailed production instructions and batch records. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Experience working with production documentation and process controls. • Basic math and measurement skills. • Ability to learn and operate manufacturing equipment safely and effectively. • Forklift experience preferred. • Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Why Join Applied Laboratories? • Stable, growing manufacturer with over 40 years of success. • Opportunity to make a direct impact on products used by consumers throughout the United States and abroad. • Family-owned culture that values employee contributions and professional growth. • Hands-on role with significant responsibility and ownership. • Opportunities for training, development, and advancement as the company continues to expand. Work Environment & Physical Requirements This position works in a manufacturing environment and requires compliance with safety, quality, GMP, sanitation, and PPE requirements. Employees must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, and occasionally bend, kneel, and crawl while connecting hoses or operating equipment.
