Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Multitasking
• PMS knowledge (Ideally Room Master)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Products
Qualifications
• Bachelorette in communications or hospitality, tourism, or hospitality degrees.
• 1+ years of experience with reservations
• Nice to have experience with online partners such as Expedia, booking.com, etc.
• Must be Bilingual (English / Spanish)
