We are actively hiring compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our evening (3pm-11pm) and overnight (11pm-7am) care team. Position Overview: LPNs play essential roles in the care of our residents. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care, supervising CNAs, coordinating with medical staff, and ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations. Shifts Available: Full-Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening Shift) Full-Time | 11:00 PM-7:00 AM (Overnight Shift) Key Responsibilities: -Administer medications and treatments per physician orders -Monitor and document residents' conditions and progress -Supervise and support CNAs and other care team members -Respond to medical emergencies and follow proper protocols -Communicate with families, residents, and healthcare professionals -Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation -Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all residents Requirements: -Valid New York State license as an LPN (Required) -Current CPR certification (Preferred) -Experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility (Preferred) -Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills -Dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate approach to care -Ability to work independently and within a team setting What We Offer: -Competitive hourly pay with evening & overnight shift differentials -Full-time benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance from 1199 SEIU -Paid time off and holiday pay -Opportunities for training, growth, and advancement -Friendly, supportive and team-oriented work environment We are an equal opportunity employer.
