The Account Executive Director sells to DSOs and multi-location dental groups of roughly 20–200 locations, and every Account Executive Director sells the full Planet DDS catalog — Denticon, Cloud 9, Echelon, and RCM+ — into their assigned region. Key Responsibilities: • Own the full sales cycle for DSOs and multi-location dental groups (roughly 20–300 locations) across the assigned territory.  • Sell and cross-sell across the complete Planet DDS catalog: Denticon (with ancillary and RCM+ upsell), Cloud 9, and Echelon.  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline, working closely with Solutions Engineering on technical evaluations and demos.  • Partner with the other three regional Account Executive Directors and team leadership on cross-territory opportunities and shared best practices.  • Represent Planet DDS at regional dental industry events, conferences, and study clubs to build territory presence and pipeline. • Report on pipeline, forecast, and territory health on a regular cadence.  Required Skills and Abilities: • 5+ years of proven track record in enterprise or mid-market B2B technology sales, ideally selling into dental, healthcare, or practice management software. • Experience selling to C-Suite — DSO experience is a strong plus. • Comfortable carrying a quota-bearing, full-cycle “hunter” role across a defined geographic territory. • Team player • Good communicator • Driven yet coachable Physical Requirements: • Required to stand for prolonged periods of time • Travel to conferences, customer onsites, team and company meetings Planet DDS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
