Join our Onsite team at Wooster Community Hospital in Wooster, Ohio where physicians are supported, valued, and empowered to make a meaningful impact. The ideal candidate is comfortable interpreting across multiple subspecialties and performing light interventional radiology procedures. Position Highlights: • Up to $700,000+ annual compensation • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM • 40–42 weeks onsite annually • Up to 12 weeks of PTO per year • Only 8 weekends per year, with weekend coverage performed 100% remotely from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM • Unlimited remote moonlighting opportunities, if desired • Choice of W-2 employment with benefits or 1099 independent contractor status • Sign-on bonus • No non-compete • Malpractice and tail coverage • Workstation provided for remote coverage • Access to cutting-edge technology • Dedicated administrative support through our MSO • Up to $30,000 in referral incentives Light IR Procedures: Procedures may include: • Fluoroscopy • Paracentesis • Thoracentesis • Lumbar puncture • Biopsies W-2 Benefits: Full-time W-2 physicians are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including: • Medical and other applicable benefits • 401(k) with employer match • CME allowance • Malpractice and tail coverage Qualifications: • MD or DO degree required • ABR or AOBR Board Certified/Board Eligible • Fellowship training preferred • Ability to interpret multiple radiology subspecialties • Comfortable performing light IR procedures Visa Candidates: H-1B and 2027 J-1 visa candidates are welcome to apply.
