We are seeking an experienced and highly organized professional to lead route operations, support field teams, and ensure efficient service delivery across assigned territories. Responsibilities • Oversee daily route planning, scheduling, and execution to support on-time service delivery. • Monitor route performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control. • Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, operations, and customer support teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively. • Review route data, service trends, and operational metrics to support informed decision-making. • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable transportation regulations. • Support onboarding, coaching, and performance development for route personnel. • Respond to service escalations and work to maintain strong customer relationships. • Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements and operational best practices. • Assist with route optimization, territory balancing, and resource planning. • Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication related to route activity and service outcomes. Qualifications • Proven experience in route management, logistics, transportation, field operations, or a related operational leadership role. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. • Experience using route planning, dispatch, CRM, or other operational software tools. • Ability to analyze performance data and use insights to improve service and efficiency. • Knowledge of safety practices, compliance requirements, and customer service standards. • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and support team members in a collaborative environment. • Flexibility to respond to operational needs, service issues, and changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in a senior-level route, fleet, or logistics leadership position in the Waste Industry. • Experience with route optimization tools and performance reporting systems. • Familiarity with large-scale service operations. • Working knowledge of transportation regulations and safety compliance practices.
