GREAT PAY EXCELLENT BENEFITS • 401k with match • Healthcare • Dental • Vision • Flexible scheduling • Paid time off • Paid holidays • Company paid life insurance • AFLAC • Stock purchase options after one year of service YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR RESIDENT PROJECT REPRESENTATIVE In this full-time resident project representative role, you will work closely with the Project Manager, Construction Contractor, and department staff to review and document construction activities, while adhering to the required schedule of the Construction Contractor. Starting the day as a Resident Project Representative, you will assist our Johnstown staff with important fieldwork. From performing construction observation of public works to performing routine material tests, you will be involved with construction activities and project continuation. Throughout the day, you will work with engineers and other field staff to complete portions of construction projects. By day's end, you've played a key role in public works projects, daily inspection and reporting, and communication of the project to the public.
