Step up and lead the team. As a store team leader, you'll help the store manager and assistant manager run the store day to day. You'll oversee the collection, processing, and pricing of donated goods, and you'll run the store when the managers aren't on shift. Responsibilities • Oversee daily store operations, including donation processing and pricing, and keep the sales floor attractive through effective merchandising • Run all store operations in the absence of the store manager or assistant manager during your scheduled shift • Process transactions accurately, manage cash operations including daily counts and over/short reconciliation, and handle customer disputes and exchanges • Help manage the backroom warehouse, including loading and unloading donations with material handling equipment • Coach and train team members, handle day-to-day employee relations, and partner with HR when needed • Lead your team in meeting hourly and daily production goals • Model and enforce safe working conditions and keep the building and property clean and organized • Support the "You Changed a Life" campaign • Plan the day, handle end-of-day tasks, and keep the facility secure Qualifications • Six or more months of retail sales experience preferred, or demonstrated potential for management • Strong judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills • Strong organization and time management • Knowledge of merchandise such as name brand, antiques, vintage, and collectibles • Experience with computers preferred • First aid and CPR certification required (can get certified after hire) • High school diploma or GED preferred • Valid driver's license and auto insurance Benefits • Bonus incentive plan • Daily Pay • Generous paid time off • Retirement planning with company match • Employee Assistance Program • Employee discount Employees who work full-time are also eligible for: • Medical, dental, & vision benefits at a fraction of the premium cost • Short-term and long-term disability insurance at no cost • Life insurance at no cost • Paid holidays To apply: Visit our website (getagoodwilljob.com) to apply!
