Guaranteed pay begins after 30 days of employment. • Guaranteed pay after 30 days • Quarterly raises tied to performance • Paid orientation at $100 per day Drivers are eligible for quarterly raises based on safety performance and production metrics. Orientation pay is $100 per day. Equipment & Freight Drivers operate Kenworth T680 tractors (4 years old or newer) equipped with: • Automatic transmission • APU and inverter • Voice navigation and in-cab 5th wheel release Freight consists of dry van trailers hauling general commodities and customer freight throughout established operating lanes. Drivers typically average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week while hauling customer freight through established dry van lanes. Established customer freight helps provide year-round hauling opportunities and dependable weekly mileage for drivers. Home Time This position provides home weekly scheduling.
