What You'll Do As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring every room is clean, comfortable, and ready for arrival. Guest Room Cleaning & Preparation • Thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms according to hotel cleanliness and quality standards. • Replace bed linens and refresh rooms for both departing and stayover guests as requested. • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, replenishing towels, toiletries, and guest amenities. • Dust, vacuum, and maintain all guest room areas to ensure a spotless appearance. Quality & Guest Satisfaction • Ensure every room meets company and brand standards before being released for occupancy. • Restock guest room supplies and amenities as needed. • Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. • Take pride in delivering rooms that exceed guest expectations. Teamwork & Operations • Work independently while supporting fellow housekeeping team members. • Follow hotel cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. • Maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and work areas in an organized manner. • Assist with additional housekeeping responsibilities as assigned.
