Delivering Solutions that Matter: • Overseeing day-to-day activities, managing nurses and certified nursing assistants to ensure high-quality resident care. • Taking full responsibility for residents' nursing care, monitoring conditions, following physician orders, and applying recognized nursing standards. • Recognizing and reporting changes in residents' conditions, initiating or assisting with interventions, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. • Instructing nursing staff on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with administrative and clinical standards.
