What We're Looking For • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous Resident Assistant or caregiving experience preferred • Strong communication and observation skills • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions • Ability to safely assist with resident transfers and emergency evacuations • Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to work with older adults Taylor is an EEO A valid NH Drivers license, criminal background check and drug testing is required.
