Position: General Laborer (Machine Shop) Schedule: Day Shift (Monday- Friday 6a-4:45p + Saturday 6a-12p) Night Shift (Monday- Friday 4p-3:45a) Summary of Position A General Laborer provides hands-on support across the machine shop, assisting machinists. The role focuses on shop organization, material movement, basic preparation, and supporting production flow in a high‑precision environment. Essential Functions Daily roles include collaborating in a team-oriented environment with cross functional workers. • Assist, as required, in the movement of materials or equipment within facility • Clean up work areas from hazardous or obsolete material • Handle, gather, and transport materials and equipment • Use power tools and machinery as needed • Follow and maintain all safety protocols and housekeeping requirements • General cleaning in the machine department • Prep and or set up necessary materials needed for machine • Achieve quality and production goals • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance • Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance • Other duties as assigned Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies • Ability to work with and without supervision • Personal effectiveness/credibility • Clear and consistent communication with team • Multitasking • High School Diploma or recognized equivalent Apply today and build your future with Visioneering.
